Stop snoring! Effective, comfortable treatment

What causes snoring?

During sleep, the tissues in the back of your throat relax and can obstruct your airway, causing vibrations that create the sound of snoring. While loud snoring is an annoyance that can irritate other members of the household, it is also an indication of a more serious condition known as obstructive sleep apnea.

Dr. Grimshaw treats sleep apnea using customized oral appliances, similar to mouth guards, to keep your airway open during sleep and relieve snoring.

This small, yet highly progressive, system records body position, audio and oxygen. Dr. Grimshaw analyzes this information to determine whether you suffer from sleep apnea and to what degree.

A comprehensive exam is required prior to the home sleep study.
